I am Hollis Geary and a happy member of the North East Ohio Cleveland community. My business, NEO Investment Properties, LLC, transforms buildings into houses then houses into homes.

My Core Strength

My strength is that I have confidence in Clevelanders.

From the business people to the artists to the children of this city I have full confidence that we make the difference.

The problem, as I see it, is that the average person does not know what they can do to solve their problems and help others. Communicating what I know to others while listening to learn more for myslef.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is that you cannot wait for someone else to take care of your problems whether they are parents, teachers, children or the government. We must each be responsible for the results of our actions and inactions.

In the end it is all about educating ourselves, failing then going at it again.
